Our Flouncy dress is made in soft rayon batiste, with a band collar, center front mother of pearl buttons and voluminous puffed sleeves. The dress has yoke gather details, in seam pockets, and a sash and beltloops. Our Flouncy Dresses are hand batiked and sewn in Ghana. Please note we've made these a bit longer than the last production, these will hit someone of average height right at the knee. 100% rayon. Machine wash cold and hang dry, or dry clean. Hand batiked and sewn in Ghana.
